2017: Winter workshop (Milan, 30 November 2017)

The Winter Workshop of the Financial Intermediation Network of European Studies (FINEST) will be held at the School of Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sciences, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, on Thursday, 30 November 2017.

We are pleased to invite you to submit papers in all areas related to financial intermediation. Finest workshop are small meetings with an in-depth discussion of a limited number of high quality papers presented from top European scholars with the aim of fostering discussion among academics, policy makers, and practitioners about the evolving challenges facing financing institutions.

Keynote speakers:

  • Robert DeYoung: Harold Otto Chair of Economics, Capitol Federal Distinguished Professor in Financial Markets and Institutions, Kansas University.
  • Andrea Enria: Chairperson, European Banking Association (EBA).
